Hiya! I'm Sage, and I am so excited to be part of the Neck of The Woods family! I just moved to Vermont from Connecticut, where I taught preschool, as well as infants and toddlers. I grew up in Connecticut but spent five years in China teaching English. I've been working with children for over ten years. My teaching philosophy is to create an environment where learning happens through play and active engagement. Around the classroom, you can find me singing, dancing, and energetically reading. In my free time, I love to travel, go to concerts, hang out with the Spice Girls (my two cats Hazel and Pepper), and eat fantastic food! I can't wait to create unforgettable memories at Neck of the Woods.

​Hi, I’m Lauren I have lived in the Valley my whole life! I love to be outside, specifically kayaking, fishing, swimming, and playing softball. When I’m not outside, I enjoy spending time with my friends, family, and two dogs. I also volunteer for our local ambulance service as a member of our rescue teams. I’ve been around kids my whole life but officially have three years of professional experience with children. After graduating from Harwood I began going to school part time for Early Childhood Education. I currently have an early childhood education certificate and Associates degree in ECE through CCV and am also working towards my Bachelor’s degree at UNH online. I love doing art and exploring with kiddos, letting them fulfill their most creative dreams!
