Experience with Children: 3yrs
Lily is a 26 year old graduate from University at Albany with her BA in philosophy and english. She has been at Neck of the Woods since 2023. Her focus in childcare is ensuring kids feel confident as individuals, especially in regard to their ability to set boundaries and scaffold the concept of consent. Outside of work she loves anything art, adventure/adrenaline, and travel!!!

I am Susan Burbank, I grew up in Waitsfield and I raised both of my daughters here in Waitsfield. I have been in Early Education for over 30 years. There are not many occupations that allow you to look for bugs on a nice summer day, catch snowflakes on your tongue, read the same book over and over and over, LOL. Give a warm and comforting hug, sing songs all day and belly laugh with a group of children. All while teaching, guiding and encouraging life skills, kindness and love for our Earth, for Animals and for each other. I am happy to be joining NOW and look forward to spending the day with your children. Susan ❤️
