I am Susan Burbank, I grew up in Waitsfield and I raised both of my daughters here in Waitsfield. I have been in Early Education for over 30 years. There are not many occupations that allow you to look for bugs on a nice summer day, catch snowflakes on your tongue, read the same book over and over and over, LOL. Give a warm and comforting hug, sing songs all day and belly laugh with a group of children. All while teaching, guiding and encouraging life skills, kindness and love for our Earth, for Animals and for each other. I am happy to be joining NOW and look forward to spending the day with your children.

Hi! My name is Marley Busker. I have a deep passion for working with kids and supporting their growth through all stages of development. I also really enjoy working with families to help create positive, nurturing environments where everyone can thrive. Outside of work and school, I love spending time outdoors with my two dogs, being creative with art, and finding joy in the little things. I’m so excited to be part of your child’s world!
