Hi! My name is Marley Busker. I'm 18 years old and currently studying Behavioral Sciences at the Community College of Vermont. I have a deep passion for working with kids and supporting their growth through all stages of development. I also enjoy working with families to create positive, nurturing environments where everyone can thrive. Outside of work and school, I love spending time outdoors with my two dogs, being creative with art, and finding joy in the little things. I'm so excited to be part of your child’s world!

Hello! My name is Rachel. I was born and raised in Maine but have lived in Vermont for the last 5 years. I have a Bachelors in Psychology with minors in Child Development and Family Relations and in Outdoor Leadership. I have 6 years of professional experience with children from birth to 18 years in a variety of positions; Archery Instructor, Wilderness Field Guide, Paraprofessional and now a Daycare Provider. I love to write and have a few novels written and in the works. I love to hike and be outdoors and enjoy playing the guitar. I have aspirations of returning for my Masters and Doctorate to become a Developmental Researcher or Psychologist. I'm really excited to get to know your children and be a part of their lives as they grow!
